Every install starts with a full inspection of your glass and seals. We check for existing coatings and prep every surface to a surgical-level clean before any film goes on.
1. Deep glass cleaning and decon. We strip the glass to perfection—oils, adhesives, residue, and old tint come off clean so the film can bond the way it’s supposed to.
2. Surface prep + razor-safe scrub. We remove micro-grit and anything hiding in the pores of the glass that could cause bubbles or texture under the film.
3. Computer-cut film templates (when available). We pull precise, model-specific patterns for your van or RV. No guesswork, no light gaps—just clean coverage on every edge.
4. Professional heat-shrink for curved or complex glass. We shape the film to match every contour so it lays smooth and seamless on big windshields, sliders, or curved panels.
5. Wet-mount application. Slip solution lets us position the film perfectly before it locks in tight.
6. Solution flush + final clean. We remove excess moisture from under the film and wipe down surrounding surfaces so everything cures clean.
7. Final inspection + edge check. We check clarity, alignment, corners, and edges to make sure the tint settles right and stays looking factory-fresh.
