Because many of our products are specialty automotive components, fabricated items, freight shipments, or manufacturer-direct products, please review the following policies carefully before placing your order.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they enter processing or shipment preparation.

Because many products are processed quickly through manufacturer and warehouse systems, cancellation requests are not guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

If an order has already shipped, the cancellation request will be treated as a return and subject to the return guidelines below.

Cancellation Fees

Approved cancellations may be subject to:

  •  A non-refundable payment processing fee

  •  Restocking fees depending on the manufacturer or product category

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

 


 

Special Order & Custom Products

The following products are considered final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund unless defective:

  • Custom fabricated products

  • Made-to-order items

  • Powder-coated or custom-finished products

  • Special-order components

  • Custom wiring or electrical systems

  • Products built specifically for customer configurations

Special-order products are charged in full at the time of purchase.

Estimated lead times are approximate and may change due to manufacturer production schedules, freight delays, or supply chain conditions beyond our control.

Refusing delivery of a special-order shipment does not qualify the order for refund or cancellation.

 

Return Eligibility

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise noted.

To qualify for return, products must:

  • Be unused and uninstalled

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include all hardware, manuals, accessories, and documentation

  • Be free from scratches, grease, wiring modifications, mounting marks, drilling, or installation damage

Products that have been installed, modified, painted, drilled, wired, cut, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return unless covered under an approved warranty claim.

 

 

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are non-returnable unless defective under warranty:

  • Installed suspension components

  • Opened or installed electrical components

  • Wiring kits once opened

  • Batteries and hazardous materials where prohibited by shipping regulations

  • Custom or fabricated products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Used recovery or off-road equipment

  • Products damaged by improper installation or misuse

 

Vehicle Fitment Responsibility

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before ordering.

Vehicle fitment may vary based on:

  • Model year

  • Roof height

  • Wheelbase

  • Trim level

  • Existing modifications

  • Suspension setup

  • Interior build configuration

If you have fitment questions, please contact us before ordering.

Returns resulting from incorrect customer fitment selection may be subject to return shipping charges and manufacturer restocking fees.

 


 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of shipping labels and visible damage

Once reviewed, we will coordinate with the manufacturer or shipping carrier to provide:

  • Replacement parts

  • Product replacement

  • Repair assistance

  • Or refund approval when applicable

Damage caused during installation, modification, misuse, overloading, off-road abuse, or improper wiring is not eligible for refund or replacement.

 

Freight & Oversized Shipments

Oversized products including but not limited to:

  • Roof racks

  • Ladders

  • Bumpers

  • Tire carriers

  • Suspension kits

  • Exterior storage systems

may ship via LTL freight carriers.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Inspecting shipments at delivery

  • Noting visible damage before signing

  • Retaining original packaging for freight claims

Freight shipping charges are non-refundable once shipped.

Oversized returns may incur:

  • Return freight charges

  • Manufacturer restocking fees

  • Additional carrier handling fees

 

Return Authorization (RMA Required)

All returns require prior approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Returns sent without authorization may:

  • Be refused

  • Experience delayed processing

  • Incur additional fees up to 25%

  • Be returned to sender at customer expense

Do not ship any return without receiving RMA instructions from our support team.

Because products may ship from different manufacturers or warehouses, return addresses will vary by product.

 

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The incorrect item was shipped

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The product has a verified manufacturer defect

Approved warranty or damage claims may receive prepaid return labels at our discretion or the manufacturer’s discretion.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Refunds

Once returned products are received and inspected, we will notify you regarding refund approval.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for inspection and processing

  • Additional processing time by your bank or payment provider

The following may be deducted from refunds when applicable:

  • Payment processing fees

  • Return shipping costs

  • Freight charges

  • Restocking fees

  • Damage or missing components

Refund amounts may vary slightly for international transactions due to exchange rate fluctuations handled by your payment provider.

 

Manufacturer Warranties

Many products sold on our site are covered directly by manufacturer warranties.

Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer.

Warranty claims may require:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Diagnostic information

  • Photos or videos

  • Troubleshooting steps

  • Professional installation documentation

Failure to cooperate with troubleshooting procedures may limit warranty resolution options.

 

Installation Responsibility

Professional installation is strongly recommended for:

  • Suspension systems

  • Electrical components

  • Roof-mounted accessories

  • Structural exterior components

  • Recovery equipment

We are not responsible for:

  • Installation costs

  • Vehicle damage

  • Labor charges

  • Loss of vehicle use

  • Improper installation

  • Third-party installer errors

Customers assume responsibility for confirming safe and proper installation.

 

Third-Party Manufacturer Fulfillment

Many products are shipped directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors.

All return and warranty requests must be initiated through our support team.

Depending on the manufacturer, approved returns may be shipped directly to the manufacturer, distributor, or fulfillment warehouse.
