With the 2008+ Econoline update came refined body lines—and Aluminess responded with a front winch bumper that complements the van’s modernized exterior while delivering uncompromising off-road functionality. Precision-built to match the updated front fascia, this bumper combines sleek aesthetics with high-performance utility.

Constructed entirely from aluminum, the bumper weighs just 85 lbs—minimizing impact on suspension geometry, braking systems, and steering components. The corrosion-resistant material ensures long-term durability, even in coastal or high-salt environments. Its compact design allows it to sit high and tight against the vehicle, preserving ground clearance and approach angles critical for technical terrain.

The bumper is winch-compatible up to 16k pounds. If a winch isn’t installed, a lockable storage compartment offers secure space for gear like tire chains, tow straps, or recovery tools. Integrated shackle mounts are rated to accept 7/8” pin D-rings, providing reliable recovery points when you need them most.
